Overview:
This workshop has been designed to help learners develop understanding and
knowledge of dealing with all walks of life on board the aircraft. By the end of this
workshop, learners will know how to provide excellent customer service, deal with
passengers on-board and use sales techniques for cabin services. This short course
will get learners ready to make on-board sales and deliver outstanding customer
service to each passenger.
- Understand how to establish a rapport with passengers on-board the
aircraft and explore passengers’ wants and needs. - be able to deal with passengers, including special requirements
- Know how to work as part of a team
- Delivery of effective customer service
- How to handle conflict situations and incidents
- Complaint handling and passenger problems
- Understanding selling techniques and how to provide a cabin service
Workshop Duration
3 Day workshop – 5 hr / day : Total of 15 hours
