Overview:
This workshop has been designed to help learners understand the roles and
responsibilities airline cabin crew undertake. The purpose of this 6-day workshop is
to ensure learners develop the knowledge and understanding relating to working as
cabin crew. By the end of this workshop, you will be ready to take your career to the
next stage.
Topics Covered
- Know the roles and responsibilities of crew, including aviation terminology.
- Know the pre- and post-flight duties that cabin crew undertake in the crew
room and take part in a pre-flight briefing. - Understand the importance of maintaining industry standards.
- Interpersonal skills and making PA announcements.
On successfully completing each CPD module you will receive a certificate of
completion. You will also receive a transcript outlining the CPD course title and hours
undertaken to complete the course, topics covered, the course summary objectives
and details of the assessment undertaken (where relevant).
